Millman Battery was built on the tope of Millman Hill, Thursday Island, Australia in 1897 to support the fire of Green Hill Fort. The battery was armed with a single 4.7-inch QF gun. The battery was reactivated during World War 2.
The magazines survives with a small lamp room, shell and cartridge store. It has been converted for office use. The actual gun emplacement is now built over with a communications tower on it.
