This what appears to be a machine gun pillbox situated on the the forward slope of the Mellieha Defence Line, above Support Defence Post L5. It is hard to determine the original characteristics of the pillbox because it has been modified as a farm or holiday building.
The original steel entrance hatch can be seen at the rear of the building, although partially buried. It is assumed it is a single storey.
