Rocker Battery was built 100 metres North of Abbs Point Battery. During World War I this battery was armed with two 4.7-inch Q.F. guns. During World War II these were 4.7-inch guns were replaced by two 6-inch BL guns. The aprons of the old guns positions can still be seen but the battery has been demolished and backfilled. The site is now a sea front park and sitting out area.
