The Naval Hospital Machine Gun Pillbox is located on the foreshore immediately below the hospital itself. It appears to have been built with local materials with a concrete roof that has now collapsed. While this semi-circular pillbox is in a poor state of repair, it does have a metal mount for Vickers Machine Gun still in place in 2025.
