Defence Point Bidnija is a small hill located in a valley to the rear of the Wardija gun emplacements. It is comprised a two pillbox, and small building which are all connected by a covered way made from local stones.
The ‘V’ shaped position stretches for some 60 metres, with the Northern Pillbox being lower than the MG pillbox.
The Northern pillbox is the large and has three loopholes, although one has been filled in. These loopholes face East, North and West. The other pillbox has a single loophole with metal covering and this faces South.
According to a date in the concrete found in the Northern pillbox, this was built in 1940.
