Beach Defence Post MB4 is an early period machine gun pillbox situated on a rocky beach. The pillbox is in essence shaped like a ‘T’, at least two machine guns facing out to the North-East and two machine guns facing West into Mallieha Bay.
Unfortunately the pillbox has been been damaged by the sea and parts of it washed away. The East facing section has lost more than half of its’ frontage.
