Fort Granville is located in Adelaide, South Australia.  Built between 1878 and 1882 to protect the harbour it was armed with two 10-inch RML guns and two 64-pdr RML guns in support.  The role of Fort Granville was largely superseded by the new Fort Largs, built nearby a few years later
